The Local Accommodation “Casas das Ribeiras - ABROTEA” is located in Santa Cruz das Ribeiras, parish of Ribeiras, in front of the Ribeiras bay, within the picturesque settlement of fishing tradition, with a calm environment where you can hear the birds and, at night, the cagarras and enjoy the magnificent view of the bay, in an environment that invites you to rest and relax.

House completely renovated, incorporated into the local houses, keeping the exterior layout allowing to implement accessibility for people with reduced mobility.

Guests can have a support space, where they can treat their personal clothes, 2 bicycles and fishing rods to use, whenever they wish.

The house is located in a rural and fishing area adjacent to two beautiful pools and ample access to the sea. In the outer space there is a spacious area where guests and friends will be able to grill and taste the fish they have caught or other foods they wish, in a typical Azorean environment.
